﻿* *data* is an XBus input connected to a computer.
* *motor-x* and *motor-y* are simple outputs connected to precision motors.
* *valve-α*, *valve-β*, and *valve-ψ* are simple outputs connected to a fluid print head.
* There are two types of *data* packets that may be received: a 6-value packet that describes a 6x6 structure to print, or a 1-value packet containing only a -1 that instructs the printer to reset the print head position.
* A "reset" packet will never arrive while a print job is in progress.
