@Stats & Enchants:
Some stat values rolled on items have been tweaked, in particular to make a clear difference in the ranges between the item's rarity (though not for all stats)
Elemental damage bonuses has been made slightly more rare, and more valuable (high gear score + sell/buy value)
Some stat rolls have been removed from some items, as it would easily go beyond the caps:
Buff Duration no longer rolls on Boots and Armors
Cooldown Reduction no longer rolls on Armors
Mana Reduction no longer rolls on Helmets
@ Enchants on items now have some caps added to them, since it is possible to roll the same enchant many times, certain enchants need a maximum to keep the balance:
Cooldown Reduction caps at 25% per item
Resist All Elements now caps at 25% per item
Mana Cost Reduction caps at 30% per item
Bonus Experience caps at 30% per item
Buff Duration caps at 35% per item
@Some stats needed caps on the player as well, to prevent problems:
Note: these caps are applied after penalties from harder difficulties, so they are reachable on all settings
  they also include all passive and aura skills
Cooldown Reduction now caps at 99%
Mana Cost Reduction now caps at 100%
Knockback Chance caps at 100%
All non-physical Resistances caps at 100%
Physical Resistance caps at 70%
@Monsters:
Added a "poison trail" affix to the monster affix pool
Added some new random names for many champion monsters
Monster chill effects (such as the Frozen affix) will now also slow attack speed in addition to movement speed
@Misc:
Warden's "Storm" tree renamed to "Winter"
Maddoc's Cure now plays a sound when triggering
Added an option to always show consumable items on "inspect nearby" regardless of your filters
Quest Items are always shown on "inspect nearby"
Added a strong vibration to gamepads when getting hurt below 30% hp (where the help callout triggers)
Breakable objects can now sometimes spawn monsters (for now only zombies & slimelings)
@Fixes:
Abilities no longer get locked with too high cooldown reduction (caps at 99%)
Buff duration stat is now properly applied 
Fixed fatal error crash
Fixed sattelite orbs disappearing when entering a new area or a portal
Fixed Maddoc's Cure not triggering properly in some cases
Fixed animation speeds of transformations
Fixed "show full item inspect info" not updating properly when changed
Fixed toggle "inspect nearby items" option getting stuck if disabled after it had been toggled
Fixed some stat calcultions for monsters when loading an area
