@Misc:
Increased range of most melee skills a bit
Incresed the melee range of smaller monsters, so they are less likely to end up directly ontop of you, and making you miss them
@Quests:
You can now finish quests to gather specific items even if you somehow lost the item after finding it (you just need to pick it up once)
Monsters who drop items associated with quests will now drop the item so long as the quest isn't completed, even if you don't have the quest yet
Keys and other items to be gathered for quests will now start any associated quest upon picking it up, if you don't already have it, and advance it to the correct state
(e.g. it should now be impossible to get stuck because you threw out a key or killed the carrier before getting the quest)

Fixed getting stuck after teleporting while being in an attack animation
Fixed Berserker's pummel showing incorrect values
Fixed Berserker's pummel also having an incorrect proc rate
Fixed melee skills not properly hitting targets who are too close (you need to hover/target them and the spells will snap to them if they are within the max range)
Fixed several issues with hitting large or flying enemies, especially from below 
Fixed screenshake not working, and smoothened it a bit
Fixed the Hidden Cellar trap not letting you out (I hope!)
Fixed an issue with seed generation for act 3 areas, so your layouts may be different now
Fixed the special statue in the courtyard sometimes not spawning
Fixed healing pylons healing the player sometimes
