Players now have a very small hidden cooldown when taking thorns damage from enemies, making them immune for very short durations to prevent insta-death from striking a large group of foes with thorns, or attacking very rapidly
Resistance caps raised to 80%
Increased the chance to get rare equipment from gambling, and this chance now also grows with your level (you are now more than twice as likely on level 100)

Lowered the requirements of the "Greed" Achievement
Buff/debuff system was rewritten to fix a few bugs and prevent some possible errors & headaches, as well as increase overall performance
DoT effects like poisons & burns may feel more powerful as a result of resolving some issues related to the old system
Added an experimental conversion algorithm to character loading, which may be used to do retroactive changes to enchants
This should convert old Mana/Health injectors who weren't able to augment in 0.62.1
It should also convert old Burn/Poison/Chill etc effects to the new effects
This should also lower the cap of augmented Burn/Poison/Chill etc effects as of their nerf (if you are unhappy with these lower caps they have also been unlocked so you can scramble the item)
