@Controls:
Using the left stick to aim with controllers no longer disables aiming with the right stick

Setting music frequency to anything other than "loop" will now fade out music when changing zones, and start the music slowly after a timer. (rather than always force start it at entry, making it basically loop anyway)
Music always fades on changing zones now, rather than cutting abruptly
Boss music always starts right away regardless of music frequency setting 
@Shrines:
Increased chance to get the bad shrine effect for the first time, after which the chance is drastically reduced
Removed some shrine effects from shrines inside anomalies

@Skills:
Note: Mastery scaling has been adjusted to promote more versatility in your builds. 
This means that, among other things, all passive skills now have caps on their Mastery damage increases, in order to keep their intended role as damage aplification, rather than the main source of it.
Active skills remain uncapped.
Many Mastery skills now also have a higher cap and higher damage per point, to make some previously inferior builds more evenly balanced.
Expect more skill changes, and many new item powers to change things up, in the future!
